Course Policies
Course Availability
Course availability is subject to change based on enrollment. If a class cannot run or classes merge due to limited enrollment you will be notified one week prior to the start of the course. If the class is canceled or the merged schedule does not work for you a full refund will be issued.
Tuition
Tuition is paid in full for the selected course prior to the start of the class.
Withdrawal
If for any reason you decide to withdraw your child from a course please notify us by emailing registration@magizo.com with your child’s name, the course, and when possible a reason for withdrawal (any feedback is much appreciated).
Withdrawal and Refunds
- 100% of tuition is refunded if notification of withdrawal is received one week prior to the start of the course.
- 75% of tuition is refunded if notification of withdrawal is received by the end of the first week of class.
- No refunds if notification of withdrawal is received after the first week of class.
Class Cancellations, Weather, and Makeup Classes
If a class is cancelled due to weather you will be notified via email by 2pm for a weekday class and by 9am for a weekend class. Makeup days will take place on Fridays during the last week of classes. Specific times of makeup days for classes will also be posted as needed.
